Answer
REAGENT PRESSURE WARNING:

ERRORS

-error {REAGENT PRESSURE LOW} is due to an excessive air leak in the system, the air pump is coming on more than 16.7% of the measurement cycle time.  The leak is bad and needs to be attended to, the instrument will go into STANDBY mode.

WARNINGS
-warning {REAGENT PRESSURE} is due to a minor air leak in the in the system, the air pump is coming on between 3 to 16.7 % of the time.  Leak is much more than desirable but we will be within the estimated operating life of the air pump.  Suspects for this can be (in order of likeliness): Leaking bottle caps, the emergency relief valve on top of the air manifold, a loose fitting, leaking air relief valve or a nick in the air line.

-warning {REAGENT PRESSURE HIGH} is due to the reagent air pressure being above 4.20 psi.  This could be due to the air restriction (a frit in the tubing coming from the air manifold to the relief valve) being plugged or the relief valve not working or a kinked tube.

Note: Typically on a good system after the reagent bottles are pressurized, you should not see the air pump come on for 2-3 seconds every 15 or more minutes.
