-TU5300 or TU5400 with RFID capabilities
-RFID Calibration vial(s)
     -Stablcal calibration set with RFID (Product # LZY835) which includes 10 NTU, 20 NTU, and 600 NTU
       OR
     -20 NTU Stablcal Vial with RFID (Product # LZY837)
     -600 NTU Stablcal Vial with RFID (Product # LZY838)

Calibrate with StablCal vials with RFID

Cal curve 0-20 NTU
  1. Invert the 20 NTU StablCal vial for 2 to 3 minutes. Refer to the documentation supplied with the StablCal vials.
  2. Clean and dry the vial with a no-lint cloth.
  3. Put the vial in front of the RFID module. The status indicator light flashes blue. The instrument records the value, the lot number, the expiration date and the Certificate of Analysis information from the RFID vial to the data log.
  4. Remove the process head (or the automatic cleaning module).
  5. Put the vial in the vial compartment.
  6. Install the calibration lid. Make sure that the calibration lid is in the closed position.
  7. Push the button on the front of the instrument.
  8. When the status indicator light flashes green, remove the calibration lid.
  9. Push the button on the front of the instrument to accept the calibration value. The light should now be a solid green indicating the end of the calibration.
  10. Remove the vial.
  11.  Install the process head (or automatic cleaning module).
Cal Curve 0-700 NTU
  1. Invert the 20 NTU StablCal vial for 2 to 3 minutes. Refer to the documentation supplied with the StablCal vials.
  2. Clean and dry the vial with a no-lint cloth.
  3. Put the vial in front of the RFID module. The status indicator light flashes blue. The instrument records the value, the lot number, the expiration date and the Certificate of Analysis information from the RFID vial to the data log.
  4. Remove the process head (or automatic cleaning module).
  5. Put the vial in the vial compartment.
  6. Install the calibration lid. Make sure that the calibration lid is in the closed position.
  7. Push the button on the front of the instrument. You should see a slow flashing blue as the unit is making the calibration measurement.
  8. When the status indicator light turns solid blue, you can scan the 600 NTU vial. At this point the light will be a fast blinking blue which indicates that you can remove the 20 NTU vial and insert the 600 NTU vial.
  9. With the lid on, push the button on the front of the instrument. The light will now slowly blink blue.
  10. Once the calibration measurement has been completed, the instrument will blink green. Push the button on the front of the instrument to accept the calibration value. The light should now be a solid green indicating the end of the calibration.
  11. Remove the vial.
  12.  Install the process head (or automatic cleaning module).
