Question
How do I scale the 4-20 mA outputs on my sc200 controller to match readings at my SCADA?
Summary
sc200 controller mA outputs scaling.
Answer
The process for setting up and scaling the 4-20 mA outputs on the sc200 controller is as follows:

Install probe on controller with "Scan Devices" within "Test/Maint" from the main menu.
Proceed to "sc200 Setup" from the main menu.
Choose "Output Setup"
Choose the mA output that the SCADA is physically wired to (1 or 2)
Select your probe under "Select Source"
Check the "Set Parameter" has your preferred measurement chosen; example pH
Check that "Set Function" is set for "Linear Control".
Proceed to "Activation"
Activation will have "Set Low Value" and "Set High Value."

Set Low Value is the lowest value that can be read at the SCADA or the measurement value that correlates to 4 mA signal.
Set High Value is the highest value that can be read at the SCADA or the measurement value that correlates to 20 mA signal.

The controller and SCADA must be scaled the same in order to read the same.
