Answer
The Mobile Sensor Management (MSM) products using cellular services require a SIM card, so cellular providers that do not have SIM cards cannot be used.  AT&T, and T-Mobile, are most common in the US, AT&T is preferred as it is known to work.

Prior to startup, the following information will be needed from the cellular provider for each sc1500 probe module or DR3900 spectrophotometer that will be using cellular connectivity:

Access Point Name (APN):
Username:
Password:
SIM card PIN number (Enter "EMPTY" if this is not required):
Mobile phone number assigned to the service:

The cellular provider information above will need to be paired with the USB modem kit (p/n LZY971) used with each sc1500 probe module or DR3900 spectrophotometer that will be using cellular connectivity.  Provide the following information from each LZY971 modem kit:

MultiTech modem serial number (located on the modem and it's packaging material):
MultiTech modem IMEI number (located on the modem and it's packaging material):
