Answer
The specifications for the CLF10 and CLT10 state the following requirements regarding sample water temperature:

Chlorine Sensor Sample Temperature: 5 to 45°C
Panel Operating Temperature: 0 to 50°C

The term “Panel” includes: SS Panel, Gateway, Chlorine Sensor Flow Cell, and the pH Flow Cell)

The chlorine sensor will continue to operate and provide measurements across the entire operating range, but if the temperature is below 5°C there will be a warning about temperature being out of range. If there is a warning condition present, Hach cannot guarantee accuracy; the measurement accuracy may or may not be within the published specifications in this case.
