Question
How do you clear a "No factory cal" error on the CL10 sc analyzer?
Summary
CL10 sc and "No factory cal" error
Answer
This error can occur when no calibration has been conducted or low chlorine concentration conditions prevent the sensor from accepting the calibration. This may happen in low chlorine concentration applications. It is recommended to place the sensor in sample stream with a known and verified chlorine concentration above 0.3 ppm and try calibrating it after the readings have started to stabilize. This can take anywhere between several minutes to several hours. Supplying a high dose (1.0 ppm) of chlorine to the sensor may also help "reactivate" the sensor for calibration
