Question
What effect does a higher incubation temperature have on the yeast and mold paddle testers?
Summary
High Temperature Effect on Yeast and Mold
Answer
An increase in temperature could produce inhibition of certain organisms, especially molds. Typical molds and yeasts should grow at this temperature. Most likely, they will see an increase in growth of yeasts on the TGEA (amber side) and not as much on the Y/M side at a higher temperature.
